ขอเชิญสมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการ “Pioneer Initiatives Support (The Wood Solution Thailand)” โครงการความร่วมมือด้านป่าไม้ ไทย-สวีเดน เพื่อสนับสนุน “กลุ่มผู้บุกเบิก” หน่วยงานไทยที่มีโครงการริเริ่มพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมป่าไม้และอาคารไม้ยั่งยืนในไทย โดยผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการจะได้รับการปรึกษากับผู้เชี่ยวชาญสวีเดนเชิงลึก และโอกาสนำเสนอโครงการในงาน Wood Solution Thailand Event ในเดือนมิถุนายน เพื่อวางรากฐานห่วงโซ่คุณค่า เศรษฐกิจภายใต้ฐานชีวภาพ สู่การเปลี่ยนผ่านสีเขียวอย่างยั่งยืน สมัครได้แล้วตั้งแต่วันนี้ – 4 พ.ค. 69

เกี่ยวกับโครงการฯ

การพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมป่าไม้และการก่อสร้างอาคารไม้เป็นแนวทางสำคัญในการพัฒนาสู่ความยั่งยืน จำเป็นต้องอาศัยความร่วมมือจากทุกภาคส่วนตลอดทั้งห่วงโซ่ ตั้งแต่ต้นน้ำ-กลางน้ำ-ปลายน้ำ โดยประเทศไทยได้ร่วมมือกับสวีเดนผู้นำด้านนวัตกรรมป่าไม้ของโลกเพื่อขับเคลื่อนเป้าหมายพัฒนาป่าไม้ยั่งยืนอย่างต่อเนื่องตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2566 และในปัจจุบันได้เริ่มเห็นการพัฒนาโครงการจากหลายหน่วยงานในประเทศไทยอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม 

โครงการ Pioneer Initiatives Support (The Wood Solution Thailand) จัดขึ้นเพื่อเพื่อยกระดับความร่วมมือหุ้นส่วนทางยุทธศาสตร์ไทย-สวีเดน (Thai-Sweden Strategic Partnership) ด้านป่าไม้ยั่งยืนและการเปลี่ยนผ่านสีเขียว โดยสนับสนุนหน่วยงานไทย หรือ “กลุ่มผู้บุกเบิก” ซึ่งมีโครงการริเริ่มที่มีศักยภาพในการพัฒนาห่วงโซ่อุตสาหกรรมป่าไม้ การก่อสร้างอาคารไม้ และด้านการศึกษาและงานวิจัย ฯลฯ ให้สามารถต่อยอดและวางรากฐานสำคัญให้กับอุตสาหกรรมป่าไม้ของไทย

ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการฯ จะได้รับการปรึกษากับผู้เชี่ยวชาญสวีเดนในเดือน พ.ค. 2569 เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมนำเสนอโครงการในงาน “The Wood Solution Thailand Event”  เวทีที่รวบรวมหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ผู้กำหนดนโยบาย นักลงทุน ภาคการศึกษา ภาคเอกชน และภาคประชาสังคม มาร่วมกำหนดทิศทางอุตสาหกรรมป่าไม้-อาคารไม้ยั่งยืนในไทย ซึ่งมีกำหนดการจัดขึ้นวันที่ 2 มิ.ย. ณ กรุงเทพฯ​ ประเทศไทย

โดยโครงการฯ นี้สนับสนุนโดย Swedish International Development Agency (SIDA), Eco-Innovation Foundation (EIF), Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI), TNIU/สถานเอกอัครราชทูตไทย ณ กรุงสตอกโฮล์ม 

วัตถุประสงค์

• เตรียมความพร้อมพัฒนาโครงการที่มีศักยภาพ เพื่อร่วมวางรากฐานอุตสาหกรรมป่าไม้และการก่อสร้างอาคารไม้ยั่งยืน 
• ให้คำปรึกษาเชิงลึกโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญสวีเดน เพื่อพัฒนาและต่อยอดโครงการ
• เชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายพันธมิตรในประเทศไทยและส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างไทย-สวีเดนในอุตสาหกรรมป่าไม้
• เผยแพร่ความก้าวหน้าในอุตสาหกรรมป่าไม้และการก่อสร้างอาคารไม้ยั่งยืนของไทยและเชื่อมโยงแหล่งทุนเพื่อการเติบโตที่ยั่งยืน

โครงการที่เปิดรับสมัคร ได้แก่

• การบริหารจัดการป่าไม้อย่างยั่งยืน 
• การปลูกป่าเศรษฐกิจ 
• การพัฒนาโรงเลื่อย
• การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ไม้และนวัตกรรมไม้โครงสร้าง
• การพัฒนาโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์และการก่อสร้างอาคารไม้
• โครงการด้านการศึกษาและงานวิจัย
• การพัฒนาห้องทดสอบไม้ ฯลฯ 

ไม่ว่าคุณจะเป็นผู้พัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านป่าไม้ สถาปนิก สตาร์ทอัพ นักวิชาการ หรือหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ก็สามารถสมัครเข้าร่วมได้

สิ่งที่ผู้เข้าร่วมจะได้รับ

• รับคำปรึกษาเชิงลึกและแลกเปลี่ยนกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากสวีเดน (1–2 ชั่วโมงต่อโครงการ)
• โอกาสในการนำเสนอโครงการในงาน “Wood Solution Thailand” หรือจัดแสดงนิทรรศการ
• การเผยแพร่โครงการใน Catalogue / Exhibition 
• โอกาสในการต่อยอดและพัฒนาโครงการผ่านความร่วมมือระหว่างไทย-สวีเดน และหน่วยงานพันธมิตรในประเทศไทย

*การเข้าร่วมโครงการฯ เป็นการส่งสัญญาณสำคัญถึงหน่วยงานภาครัฐ นักลงทุนในภาคอุตสาหกรรม แหล่งทุนด้านสภาพภูมิอากาศ และการพัฒนาระหว่างประเทศ ว่าไทยพร้อมขับเคลื่อนอุตสาหกรรมป่าไม้การก่อสร้างอาคารไม้ และสามารถทำได้จริง เพื่อเปิดโอกาสการลงทุนในโครงการเพื่อเศรษฐกิจ สังคม สิ่งแวดล้อมในระยะยาว

เกี่ยวกับทีมผู้เชี่ยวชาญสวีเดน

Eco-Innovation Foundation (EIF) combines practical expertise across the entire wood value chain—from sustainable forestry and certification to sawmilling, timber construction, market development, and investment. The team includes engineers, industry specialists, and business developers with experience from real projects in multiple countries. This allows EIF to support partners in developing viable wood-based industries, improving forest management, and implementing timber construction in practice.

Aaron Kaplan is an entrepreneur and systems innovator focused on developing scalable solutions linking forestry, industry, and urban development. He holds an MSc in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics, with further studies in sustainable urban systems and entrepreneurship.

He founded the Eco-Innovation Foundation (EIF) and has led its development over the past decade, building a global network across forestry, wood technology, and construction. His work focuses on bio-based industrial systems, including timber-based urban development, as drivers of forest restoration and economic growth.

Previously, he founded the Stockholm Cleantech network and worked in business development and change management across public and private sectors.

Klas Bengtsson is a forestry expert with over 40 years of experience in forest management, wood industry development, and certification systems. He holds an MSc in Forestry from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences and is founder of Svensk SkogsCertifiering AB.

He has worked in more than 30 countries across Africa, Latin America, Asia, and Europe, developing market-integrated forestry systems and small- and medium-scale wood industries. His work has contributed to the development of FSC and national certification standards, as well as practical implementation of sustainable forest management.

At EIF, he focuses on scalable business models that link smallholder forestry to competitive wood industries and global markets.

Berty van Hensbergen is a forest ecologist and certification expert with over 35 years of international experience. He holds a PhD in Wildlife Biology from Cambridge and has held academic leadership roles at Stellenbosch University.

He has worked in more than 50 countries advising governments, FAO, the World Bank, WWF, and private sector actors. His expertise includes forest certification, auditing, and governance systems, including lead roles in FSC audits and international compliance investigations.

At EIF, he contributes senior expertise on sustainable forest management, certification systems, and governance frameworks supporting responsible forest-based value chains.

Magnus Emilsson is a structural engineer and timber construction specialist with over 25 years of experience in wood-based building systems. He is CEO and lead engineer at Limträteknik AB, a firm specialized in glulam and cross-laminated timber structures.

He has worked on a wide range of projects, from residential buildings to large-scale commercial and industrial facilities, including complex multi-storey timber structures. His work combines structural engineering with development of timber-based construction systems and products.

At EIF, he contributes technical expertise to ensure that wood-based solutions are practical, efficient, and scalable in real-world construction.

Martin Persson is a sustainability and investment specialist with over 20 years of experience in ESG analysis, sustainable finance, and business development. His work focuses on integrating environmental and social performance into investment decisions and corporate strategy.

He has held roles in consulting, research, and finance, including at IVL, GES Investment Services, and Meander Capital. His experience includes climate impact analysis and implementation of frameworks such as the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation.

As co-founder of EIF, he contributes to developing investment-ready models linking sustainability performance to financial value in wood-based value chains.

Jessica Becker is an architect and innovation leader specializing in sustainable urban development, timber construction, and industrialized building systems. Her work focuses on developing strategies and tools for climate-neutral and regenerative built environments.

She serves as Executive Director of Trästad Sverige, where she leads national initiatives advancing timber construction and sustainable value chains in collaboration with industry, academia, and public actors.

Jessica has also held senior roles in architectural practice and industry, and brings international experience from Silicon Valley as a Wallenberg Fellow. She combines architectural expertise with system thinking and cross-sector innovation.

Lars Svensson is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in business development and sustainability across Europe and Asia. He holds an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics.

He has held leadership roles in major international organizations, including IKEA and the Ikano Group, as well as in academia and industry in Southeast Asia. His experience spans sustainability strategy, market expansion, and cross-sector partnerships.

At EIF, he leads regional engagement in Southeast Asia, focusing on partnerships, investment, and the development of competitive, sustainable wood-based value chains.
