นวัตกรรมของกลุ่มประเทศนอร์ดิกสร้างได้อย่างไร? ทำไมภูมิภาคเล็กๆ ที่มีประชากร 28 ล้านคนสามารถก้าวขึ้นมาเป็นอันดับ 1 ของยุโรปในการผลิต Startups ระดับ unicorns ต่อหัวประชากรไปพร้อมกับการเป็นผู้นำด้านความยั่งยืนมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง?
เพื่อค้นหาคำตอบ เปิดประตูสู่โอกาสและความร่วมมือใหม่ๆกับกลุ่มประเทศนอร์ดิก ในเดือนพฤษภาคม–กันยายน 2569 นี้ TNIU (Thailand and Nordic Countries Innovation Unit) ภายใต้สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงสตอกโฮล์ม ร่วมกับ Epicenter Stockholm และหน่วยงานพันธมิตรฝ่ายไทยดำเนินโครงการนำร่อง Thai–Nordic Innovation Co-Creation Platform 2026
🧭 แนวคิดหลักของโครงการและการ Co-creation
โครงการนี้เป็นการริเริ่มจากความต้องการจริงขององค์กรพันธมิตรฝ่ายไทย ที่เป็นเจ้าของโจทย์และการลงมือทำ ส่วน Epicenter ทำหน้าที่เป็น hub ที่ช่วยออกแบบกระบวนการ ให้คำปรึกษา และเปิดประตูสู่ระบบนิเวศนอร์ดิก TNIU เข้ามาช่วยเชื่อมประสานบริหารโครงการให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ โดยทั้งหมดขับเคลื่อนด้วยกรอบ OKR เพื่อให้ทุกหน่วยงานมีเป้าหมายที่วัดผลได้
🎯 จุดประสงค์ของโครงการ
เพื่อเริ่มสร้างศักยภาพเชิงสถาบันผ่านการลงมือทำร่วมกัน และวางรากฐานให้ความร่วมมือไทย–นอร์ดิกต่อยอดได้ในระยะยาว โดยมี 5 เป้าหมายหลัก
- Platform building: ค้นหาความสนใจร่วมและทดลองโมเดลการร่วมมือกันระหว่างระบบนิเวศนวัตกรรมของไทยและนอร์ดิก
- Institutional capacity: เสริมความแข็งแรงให้องค์กรที่เข้าร่วมใน 4 ด้าน คือ การออกแบบ accelerator โมเดลธุรกิจที่ยั่งยืน การพัฒนาพันธมิตร และการทำงานด้วย Objective and Key Results (OKRs)
- Flagship development: ร่วมสร้าง 2–3 โครงการนำร่องที่จับต้องได้ มีเจ้าของและแผนดำเนินงานที่ชัดเจน
- Two-way collaboration: ศึกษาแนวทางของ startup ไทยในการเข้าถึงตลาดนอร์ดิกและยุโรป และมองหาโอกาสให้ startup และพันธมิตรนอร์ดิกในประเทศไทย รวมถึงดึงดูดธุรกิจต่างชาติในการเข้าไปลงทุน ทดสอบและขยายนวัตกรรมในประเทศไทย เพื่อสร้างคุณค่าร่วมกันทั้งสองฝ่าย
- Regional visibility: นำเสนอศักยภาพของระบบนิเวศนวัตกรรมไทย และพบปะพันธมิตรเชิงกลยุทธ์ รวมถึง startup และ scaleup จากประเทศนอร์ดิก โดยวางเป้าหมายให้ประเทศไทย เป็น innovation platform และประตูสู่ภูมิภาคอาเซียน

1.Preparation & Scope Clarification: แลกเปลี่ยน เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับความท้าทายเป้าหมายและพันธกิจของแต่ละหน่วยงาน เพื่อกำหนดโจทย์ OKRs ที่เหมาะสม
2. Capacity Building & Independent Development : แลกเปลี่ยนเรื่องโมเดลธุรกิจ incubator, research-to-commercialisation และแนวทางการทำงานร่วมกับระบบนิเวศนอร์ดิก โดยแต่ละหน่วยงานพัฒนาโครงการและการนำเสนอโดยมี check-in กับทาง Epicenter เป็นระยะ
3. Co-Creation On-site Programme & Nordic Techweek : ช่วงที่เป็นหัวใจสำคัญของโครงการ
4. Follow-up & Implementation: เปลี่ยนสิ่งที่ได้เรียนรู้ในโครงการให้เป็นโครงการต่อยอด (Pilot projects) อื่นๆ ที่แตกแขนงออกไปให้เกิดความร่วมมือหลากหลายด้านในการพัฒนาระบบนิเวศนวัตกรรมพร้อมในการนำไปทดลองดำเนินการ่วมกับหน่วยงานที่สนใจ

เยี่ยมชมศูนย์นวัตกรรมและแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นกับ Linköping Science Park, Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship (SSES), Young Entrepreneur of Sweden (YEOS) และ KTH Innovation เพื่อเรียนรู้ว่าระบบนิเวศนวัตกรรมที่เข้มแข็งระดมทุน วางโครงสร้างงาน และวัดความสำเร็จอย่างไร
- Thai–Nordic Innovation Network
พบปะนักเรียนและคนทำงานสายงานนวัตกรรมชาวไทย รวมถึง Networking Reception รวมสองคณะเข้าด้วยกัน พันธมิตรทั้งไทยและสวีเดน ในฝั่ง Innovation Ecosystem Builder และกลุ่ม Forestry Delegation เพื่อสร้างเครือข่ายข้ามสาขา
- Nordic Tech Week — Thailand Showcase
ทีมไทยแลนด์ร่วมจัด “Beyond the Beach: Thailand as a Bridge to the ASEAN Innovation Ecosystem” ที่ Epicenter Stockholm วันที่ 8 กันยายน โดยนำเสนอว่าทำไมไทยถึงเป็นประตูสู่อาเซียนที่น่าสนใจสำหรับ startup, scaleup และนักลงทุนนอร์ดิก พร้อมเคสจริงของ startup ที่สะท้อนประสบการณ์ในการขยายธุรกิจไปที่ประเทศไทย นอกจากนี้หน่วยงานไทยยังได้เข้าน่วมกิจกรรมในงานนี้ตามความสนใจ เช่น Investor Day และ Startup Day
- Wrap-up & Reflection
ทุกทีมสรุปบทเรียนและ insight ร่วมกัน เพื่อออกแบบโครงการที่เป็นไปได้และนำกลับไปต่อยอดในประเทศไทย
- เปิดประตูสู่โคเปนเฮเกน
ขยายโอกาสต่อยอดด้วยกิจกรรมเสริม ได้แก่ 1-on-1 meetings กับองค์กรเดนมาร์ก และ Thailand–Denmark Innovation Ecosystem Partnership Forum โดย TNIU พร้อมทำงานร่วมในฐานะหน่วยงานภายใต้สถานทูตไทยในกลุ่มประเทศนอร์ดิก

Thai–Nordic Innovation Co-Creation Platform 2026: From the Challenges of Thailand’s Innovation Ecosystem to Partnership with the Nordic Countries
How do the Nordic countries build innovation? How has a small region of just 28 million people become Europe’s number one producer of unicorn startups per capita, while consistently leading on sustainability?
To find out, and to open the door to new opportunities and partnerships with the Nordics, TNIU (Thailand and Nordic Countries Innovation Unit), under the Royal Thai Embassy in Stockholm, partnered with Epicenter Stockholm and Thai partner organisations to run the pilot Thai–Nordic Innovation Co-Creation Platform 2026 from May to September 2026.
🧭 Core Concept and Co-Creation Approach
The programme was built around the real needs of our Thai partner organisations, who owned both the challenges and the work. Epicenter served as the hub, designing the process, providing advisory support and opening doors to the Nordic ecosystem. TNIU coordinated and managed the programme to ensure it met its objectives. The entire effort was driven by an OKR framework so that every organisation had measurable goals.
🎯 Programme Objectives
The programme aimed to build institutional capacity through hands-on collaboration and to lay the foundation for long-term Thai–Nordic cooperation, with five main goals:
Platform building: Identify shared interests and test models of collaboration between the Thai and Nordic innovation ecosystems.
Institutional capacity: Strengthen participating organisations in four areas: accelerator design, sustainable business models, partnership development and working with OKRs.
Flagship development: Co-create two to three tangible pilot projects, each with clear ownership and an implementation plan.
Two-way collaboration: Explore how Thai startups can access Nordic and European markets, identify opportunities for Nordic startups and partners in Thailand, and attract foreign businesses to invest in, test and scale innovation in Thailand, creating shared value for both sides.
Regional visibility: Showcase the strengths of Thailand’s innovation ecosystem and connect with strategic partners, startups and scaleups from the Nordics, positioning Thailand as an innovation platform and a gateway to ASEAN.

🗓 Programme Phases (May–September)
- Preparation & Scope Clarification: Exchanging knowledge on each organisation’s challenges, goals and mission to define suitable OKRs.
- Capacity Building & Independent Development: Exchanging on incubator business models, research-to-commercialisation and approaches to working with the Nordic ecosystem. Each organisation developed its own project and pitch, with regular check-ins with Epicenter.
- Co-Creation On-site Programme & Nordic Tech Week: The heart of the programme.
- Follow-up & Implementation: Turning what was learned into follow-on pilot projects that branch into diverse collaborations for developing the innovation ecosystem, ready to be tested with interested partners.

Ecosystem Visits
Visits and exchanges with Linköping Science Park, Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship, Young Entrepreneurs of Sweden and KTH Innovation, to learn how strong innovation ecosystems raise funding, structure their work and measure success.
Thai–Nordic Innovation Network
Meeting Thai students and professionals working in innovation, and a Networking Reception that brought together two delegations, the Innovation Ecosystem Builders and the Forestry Delegation, along with Thai and Swedish partners, to build cross-sector networks.
Nordic Tech Week: Thailand Showcase
Team Thailand co-hosted “Beyond the Beach: Thailand as a Bridge to the ASEAN Innovation Ecosystem” at Epicenter Stockholm on 8 September, presenting why Thailand is a compelling gateway to ASEAN for Nordic startups, scaleups and investors, with real startup cases sharing their experience of expanding into Thailand. Thai organisations also joined other Nordic Tech Week activities based on their interests, such as Investor Day and Startup Day.
Wrap-up & Reflection
All teams reflected on lessons and insights together to design feasible projects to take forward in Thailand.
Opening the Door to Copenhagen
The programme extended into Denmark with 1-on-1 meetings with Danish organisations and the Thailand–Denmark Innovation Ecosystem Partnership Forum. TNIU stands ready to work with partners as a unit under the Royal Thai Embassies in the Nordic countries.
🌏 What This Programme Aims For
This was not just a study visit. The programme and its participants are committed to laying the foundation for two-way cooperation: helping Thai organisations and startups access Nordic and European markets and networks, and opening the way for Nordic partners to see opportunities in Thailand and ASEAN, viewing Thailand as an innovation platform and a gateway to the region, not just a tourist destination.
